Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Domestic Shipping: 5-8 business days

International Shipping: May vary between countries

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order amount, shipping method and the delivery address.

For retail customers orders:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the USA.

For wholesale customers: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $1000 within the USA.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping only upon request and within limited geographies.

  • The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with international orders. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchase.

  • Please note that shipping times for international orders may vary due to customs processes and other factors beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Shipping Issues
